Workout

Here we are a month into the new year and people are breaking their New Year's resolutions left and right. All of those people who made their way to the gym and signed up for new memberships are now disappearing at a brisk pace. Why do you ask? The number one excuse is, "they don't hae the time", or "they'd get more done if they could do have of their routines at home". The best one is "I can't afford a personal trainer".

Free Workoutts and Exercises for weightloss aims to change that with a virtual trainer and routine collection in your pocket.

Setting up Free Workouts is a breeze. Once downloaded, you are prompted to enter your gender, age, training time and days. Once this is set up, you are given a disclaimer on checking with your medical professional before engaging in strenuous exercise. From there, you're off. You can choose from several routine levels. These include Beginner, Medium and Advanced. The advanced routines require purchase of the full version of the app. Medium Levels are acccessible, but require watching ads.

Free Workouts gives you several routines to choose from

The beginner workouts serve as a great starter. It should be pointed out that these workouts can be done at the gym or at home. The magic is each routine having a video which demonstrates good form. Included workouts are squats, lunges, situps and pushups. Some of them require dumbells or barbell poles. With a set number of reps and sets, even the beginner level alone should get you going. The medium level comes with six different routines.

This workout app gives a nice selection of routines. It is by no means a workout encyclopedia, but other apps in this developer's catalog fills the gaps with other titles focusing on abs and other parts of the body. If you are looking for some more routines to add to your arsenal, Free Workouts and Exercises for Weight Loss may put you on the road to a slimmer waste and a toned body.
